About Us

Our Story

Despite diverse backgrounds and skillsets, the Ludolo team is bonded over one important thing: the role human connection plays in creating and improving a culture of understanding one another. Worldwide empathy is plunging, and local evidence is piling up in our businesses and boardrooms. It’s enough to make us ask the question:

Figuring that out, and then developing ways of dealing with the disconnect, quickly became the mission of Ludolo. Through workshops and training sessions, we bring empathy and understanding back to life – the key ingredients in every healthy, successful organization. In other words, we’ve created a system that accomplishes the personal growth businesses need to remain competitive, healthy, and strong from the inside out.

What that means for your organization is simple: the people you call “team” are your biggest asset. Technical skills are great and augmented intelligence can be helpful, but the businesses that pursue emotional and social intelligence are the ones who will thrive.
