About Us

Our Story

When we found one another, we bonded over the importance of Play, and its impact on human connection. Our view on the growing lack of empathy worldwide, and our belief that it was related to a lack of Play, made us ask.

We quickly discovered our skills complemented one another, and created Ludolo to bring Play back into the picture. This inspired us to cultivate a practice that would effectively intersect organizational change and Play-based learning.

As augmented intelligence becomes more pervasive, and technical skills increasingly commoditized, the focus on what it means to be human is ever more important. An organization will thrive in its pursuit of emotional and social intelligence.
