Ludolo’s Train-the-Trainer program is an interactive experience of gameplay, guided debriefs to deepen learning, and further instruction to the impact on organizational development.
Training cohorts are between 6-12 participants.
Collaborative coaching is conducted through our multi-session 3-day program. In that time, trainees facilitate exercises, lead guided debriefs, and receive mentorship from our expert panel.
Trainers are given on-demand learning content and access to a community of experts for on-going support.
